सोममन्य उपासदत्पातवे चम्वोः सुतम् । करम्भमन्य इच्छति ॥

sómam anyá upā́sadat pátāve camvóḥ sutám | karambhám anyá icchati ||

ଜଣେ ସୋମକୁ ପିଇବା ପାଇଁ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଏ—ଚମୂରୁ ସୁତ (ପିଷ୍ଟ/ନିଷ୍ପିଡିତ) ଆନନ୍ଦରସ; ଅନ୍ୟଜଣେ କରମ୍ଭକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ। ଏଭଳି ଆମ ଗତି ଭିନ୍ନ: କେହି ଉନ୍ମାଦରସ ପାଖକୁ, କେହି ମିଶ୍ର ପୋଷଣ ପାଖକୁ।
