Transliteration

haṃsáḥ śucíṣad vásur antárikṣasad dhótā vediṣád átithir duroṇasát | nṛṣád varasád ṛtasád vyòmasad abjā́ gojā́ ṛtajā́ ādrijā́ ṛtám ||

Translation

ହଂସ—ଶୁଚିରେ ନିବାସୀ—ଅନ୍ତରିକ୍ଷରେ ଆସୀନ ଦୀପ୍ତ ବସୁ; ହୋତା ବେଦିରେ ଆସୀନ, ଅତିଥି ଗୃହରେ ଆସୀନ। ନରରେ ଆସୀନ, ବରରେ (ଉଚ୍ଚତମରେ) ଆସୀନ, ଋତରେ ଆସୀନ, ବ୍ୟୋମରେ ଆସୀନ; ଅବ୍ଜ (ଜଳଜନ୍ୟ), ଗୋଜ (କିରଣଜନ୍ୟ), ଋତଜ (ଋତଜନ୍ୟ), ଅଦ୍ରିଜ (ଶିଳାଜନ୍ୟ)—ସେ ନିଜେ ହିଁ ଋତ।
