Sukta 4.36
इह प्रजामिह रयिं रराणा इह श्रवो वीरवत्तक्षता नः । येन वयं चितयेमात्यन्यान्तं वाजं चित्रमृभवो ददा नः ॥
ihá prajā́m ihá rayíṃ rárāṇā ihá śrávo vī́ravat takṣatā naḥ | yéna vayáṃ citáyemā́ti anyā́n táṃ vājáṃ citrám ṛbhavo dadā naḥ ||
ଇହେଇ—ଏଇ ଜୀବନରେ—ଆମରେ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ହୋଇ, ଆମ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଜା ଗଢ଼; ଇହେଇ ଆମ ପାଇଁ ରୟି (ସମୃଦ୍ଧି) ଗଢ଼; ଇହେଇ ଆମ ପାଇଁ ବୀରବଳ-ସମୃଦ୍ଧ ଶ୍ରବଃ (ଯଶ) ଗଢ଼। ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ଚେତନ ହେବୁ—ହେ ଋଭୁମାନେ, ସେଇ ଚିତ୍ର (ବହୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ) ବିଜୟ-ବାଜର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଆମକୁ ଦିଅ।
