त्वं च सोम नो वशो जीवातुं न मरामहे । प्रियस्तोत्रो वनस्पतिः ॥
Transliteration
tvaṃ ca soma no váśo jīvā́tuṃ ná marāmahe | priyá-stotro vánaspátiḥ ||
Translation
ଏବଂ ହେ ସୋମ! ତୁମେ ଆମର ବଶଃ (ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶକ ଅଧିପତ୍ୟ); ଜୀବାତୁଂ (ଜୀବିବାର ଶକ୍ତି) ପାଇଁ ଆମେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁରେ ନ ପଡ଼ୁ। ହେ ବନସ୍ପତି (ବର୍ଧମାନ ଜୀବନର ଅଧିପତି), ପ୍ରିୟସ୍ତୋତ୍ର (ସ୍ତୁତିକୁ ପ୍ରିୟ କରୁଥିବା)! ଆମକୁ ଧାରଣ କର, ରକ୍ଷା କର।
