स्वमनीकंविषण्णंतुश्रुत्वाशत्रुभिरर्दितम् ।उदतिष्ठतदुर्दर्षः स कर्मण्यननुष्ठिते ।।।।
svamanīkaṃ viṣaṇṇaṃ tu śrutvā śatrubhir arditam |
udatiṣṭhata durdarṣaḥ sa karmaṇy ananuṣṭhite ||
ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପୀଡିତ ଓ ବିଷଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇଥିବା ନିଜ ସେନାର ସମ୍ବାଦ ଶୁଣି, ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦର୍ଶ ସେ ବୀର ଉଠିଦାଉଡ଼ିଲେ—ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିବା କର୍ମାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ତଥାପି ଅପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଥିଲା।
