रावणभवनपरिक्रमणं हनूमतः शोकविचारश्च

गत्वा तु यदि काकुत्स्थं वक्ष्यामि परमप्रियम्।।।।न दृष्टेति मया सीता ततस्तक्ष्यति जीवितम्।
gatvā tu yadi kākutsthaṁ vakṣyāmi paramāpriyam | na dṛṣṭeti mayā sītā tatastyakṣyati jīvitam ||
ଯଦି ମୁଁ କାକୁତ୍ସ୍ଥ ଶ୍ରୀରାମଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଇ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ବେଦନାଦାୟକ କଥା—‘ମୁଁ ସୀତାମାତାଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖିନାହିଁ’—ବଲି କହିବାକୁ ପଡ଼େ, ତେବେ ସେ ପ୍ରାଣତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବେ।
