ity uktā rākṣasendreṇa rākṣasī krodhamūrchitā | tato rāmaṃ yathātattvam ākhyātum upacakrame ||

ରାକ୍ଷସେନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ଏହି କଥା ଶୁଣି ରାକ୍ଷସୀ କ୍ରୋଧେ ମୂର୍ଛିତ ହେଲା; ତାପରେ ସେ ରାମଙ୍କୁ ଯଥାତଥ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କଲା।
