Adhyaya 39 — Yoga Discipline: Posture, Breath Control, Sense Withdrawal, and Signs of Attainment
सञ्चाद्य निर्मले सत्त्वे स्थितो युञ्जीत योगवित् । इन्द्रियाणीन्द्रियार्थेभ्यः प्राणादीन् मन एव च ॥
sañchādya nirmale sattve sthito yuñjīta yogavit | indriyāṇīndriyārthebhyaḥ prāṇādīn mana eva ca ||
ନିମ୍ନ ପ୍ରବୃତ୍ତିଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଦମନ କରି ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ସତ୍ତ୍ୱରେ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠିତ ଯୋଗଜ୍ଞ ଯୋଗରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେଉ। ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରିୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଷୟରୁ ରୋକି, ପ୍ରାଣାଦି ବାୟୁ ଓ ମନକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂଯମ କରୁ।
