पालनेनैव भूतानां कृतकृत्यो महीपतिः ।

सम्यक् पालयिता भागं धर्मस्याप्नोति यत्नतः ॥

Transliteration

pālanenaiva bhūtānāṃ kṛtakṛtyo mahīpatiḥ / samyak pālayitā bhāgaṃ dharmasyāpnoti yatnataḥ

Translation

ପ୍ରାଣୀମାନଙ୍କର ରକ୍ଷା ମାତ୍ରରେ ଭୂପତି ନିଜ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଲେ। ଯେ ଯଥାବିଧି ପ୍ରୟାସସହ ରକ୍ଷା କରେ, ସେ ଧର୍ମର ଭାଗ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ପୁଣ୍ୟଫଳ ପାଏ।
