तानब्रुवन्‌ महात्मान: स्थिता: प्राजजलयस्तदा । अभ्यनुज्ञापयिष्यन्तस्तं निवासं धृतव्रता:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | tān abruvan mahātmānaḥ sthitāḥ prāñjalayas tadā | abhyanujñāpayiṣyantas taṃ nivāsaṃ dhṛtavratāḥ ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ—ତେବେ ସେଇ ମହାତ୍ମାମାନେ, ବ୍ରତରେ ଅଟୁଟ, କରଯୋଡ଼ି ଦାଁଡ଼ି, ଯେ ଗୁପ୍ତ ନିବାସ—ଅଜ୍ଞାତବାସ—ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଥିଲେ, ତାହା ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତି ଚାହିଁ କହିଲେ।
