एवं विवस्वता तात छतन्नेनोत्तमतेजसा । निर्दग्धा: शात्रवा: सर्वे वसता भुवि सर्वश:,“तात! इसी प्रकार महातेजस्वी भगवान् सूर्यने भी पृथ्वीपर गुप्तरूपसे निवास करके समस्त शत्रुओंको दग्ध किया है
evaṁ vivasvatā tāta chadmanenottama-tejasā | nirdagdhāḥ śātravāḥ sarve vasatā bhuvi sarvaśaḥ ||
ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ— ତାତ! ଏହିପରି ଅତ୍ୟୁତ୍ତମ ତେଜସ୍ବୀ ବିବସ୍ୱାନ୍ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟଦେବ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ଗୁପ୍ତ ରୂପେ ବସି ସର୍ବଦିଗରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିଦେଇଥିଲେ।
