प्रवृणीष्वापरं सौम्य वरमिष्टं ददानि ते । न तृप्यामि नरश्रेष्ठ प्रयच्छन्‌ वै वरांस्तथा

Transliteration

pravṛṇīṣvāparaṃ saumya varam iṣṭaṃ dadāni te | na tṛpyāmi naraśreṣṭha prayacchan vai varāṃs tathā ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ— “ସୌମ୍ୟ! ଆଉ ଗୋଟିଏ ଇଷ୍ଟ ବର ଚୟନ କର; ମୁଁ ତୁମକୁ ଦେବି। ନରଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ! ଏଭଳି ବର ଦେଉଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋର ତୃପ୍ତି ହେଉନାହିଁ।”
