३ इन्द्रेण सहितं यस्य हविराग्रयणं स्मृतम्‌ । अग्निराग्रयणो नाम भानोरेवान्वयस्तु सः

Transliteration

indreṇa sahitaṃ yasya havirāgrayaṇaṃ smṛtam | agnirāgrayaṇo nāma bhānorevānvyas tu saḥ

Translation

ମାର୍କଣ୍ଡେୟ କହିଲେ—ଯାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଥମ ହବିରାଗ୍ରୟଣ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୋଇଥିଲା ବୋଲି ସ୍ମରଣ କରାଯାଏ, ସେ ‘ଅଗ୍ନି-ଆଗ୍ରୟଣ’ ନାମରେ ପରିଚିତ; ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କର ବଂଶଧାରା ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଭାନୁ (ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ) ଠାରୁ ହିଁ।
