कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

यर्थर्तुवर्षी भगवान् न तथा पाकशासन: । न चापि सर्वबीजानि सम्यगू रोहन्ति भारत,भगवान् इन्द्र भी ठीक वर्षाऋतुके समय जलकी वर्षा नहीं करेंगे। भारत! भूमिमें बोये हुए सभी बीज ठीकसे नहीं जमेंगे
yathā ṛtuvarṣī bhagavān na tathā pākaśāsanaḥ | na cāpi sarvabījāni samyag urohanti bhārata ||
ଯେପରି ଋତୁକାଳରେ ଯଥାସମୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ହେବା ଭଗବାନଙ୍କ ନିୟମ, ସେପରି ପାକଶାସନ ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମୟରେ ଜଳବର୍ଷା କରିବା ଉଚିତ। ହେ ଭାରତ! ସେ ଯଦି ଠିକ୍ ସମୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ନ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ପୃଥିବୀରେ ବୁଣା ସମସ୍ତ ବୀଜ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭଲଭାବେ ଅଙ୍କୁରିତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ।
