पज्च नस्तात दीयमन्तां ग्रामा इति महाद्युते । अविस्थलं वृकस्थलं माकन्दीं वारणावतम्‌

Transliteration

pañca nas tāta dīyamantāṁ grāmā iti mahādyute | avisthalaṁ vṛkasthalaṁ mākandīṁ vāraṇāvatam ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ— ହେ ମହାଦ୍ୟୁତି! ‘ତାତ, ଆମକୁ ପାଞ୍ଚଟି ଗ୍ରାମ ଦିଆଯାଉ’—ଏହି ଥିଲା ଅନୁରୋଧ। ସେ ଗ୍ରାମଗୁଡ଼ିକ—ଅବିସ୍ଥଳ, ବୃକସ୍ଥଳ, ମାକନ୍ଦୀ ଓ ବାରଣାବତ।
