राजा लक्षणसम्पन्नस्त्रैलोक्यस्यापि यो भवेत्‌ | शिष्यस्ते शासिता सोडस्तु धृतराष्ट्र युधिष्ठिर:

Transliteration

rājā lakṣaṇasampannastrailokyasyāpi yo bhavet | śiṣyaste śāsitā soḍastu dhṛtarāṣṭra yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||

Translation

ବିଦୁର କହିଲେ— ହେ ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର! ଯେ ରାଜା ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜଲକ୍ଷଣରେ ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ହୋଇ ତ୍ରିଲୋକର ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଧିପତି ହେଉ, ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶାସନ-ଶିଷ୍ଟାଚାର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର ତୁମ ଶିଷ୍ୟ—ଉପଦେଶରେ ଚାଲେ, ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ମାନେ; ତେଣୁ ମୋହ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ପରାମର୍ଶ ଅନୁସାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଚଳାଅ।
