iha rāmaḥ prabhāte śvo bhavitīti matir mama | draṣṭāsy enam ihāyāntaṃ tava darśanakāṅkṣayā ||
The verse highlights the ethical and emotional weight of darśana—seeking a worthy meeting with reverence. It also models responsible speech: offering reassurance grounded in one’s considered conviction (mati), not mere speculation.
Akṛtavraṇa predicts and assures that Rāma will arrive at dawn the next day. The statement frames an imminent encounter, emphasizing that Rāma’s motivation is a strong desire to see the addressed person.
