शल्य उवाच ततस्तेन तथोक्ते तु प्रीता देवास्तथाब्रुवन् । ब्रह्मन् साथ्विवमुक्त ते हितं सर्वदिवौकसाम्,शल्य कहते हैं--राजन्! उनके इस प्रकार सलाह देनेपर देवता बड़े प्रसन्न हुए और इस प्रकार बोले--'ब्रह्मनन्! आपने बहुत अच्छी बात कही है। इसीमें सम्पूर्ण देवताओंका हित है
śalya uvāca | tatastena tathokte tu prītā devās tathābruvan | brahman sādhv idam ukta te hitaṃ sarvadivaukasām |
ଶଲ୍ୟ କହିଲେ—ସେ ଏପରି କହିବା ପରେ ଦେବତାମାନେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ ହୋଇ କହିଲେ—‘ହେ ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ! ତୁମେ ଯାହା କହିଛ, ତାହା ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଉତ୍ତମ; ଏହିଥିରେ ସମସ୍ତ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗବାସୀଙ୍କ ହିତ ଅଛି।’
