गुणवन्तो महोत्साहा धर्मज्ञा: साधवश्च ये । संदधीत नृपस्तैश्न राष्ट्र धर्मेण पालयन्‌

Transliteration

guṇavanto mahotsāhā dharmajñāḥ sādhavaś ca ye | sandadhīta nṛpas tais tu rāṣṭraṃ dharmeṇa pālayan ||

Translation

ଯେମାନେ ଗୁଣବାନ, ମହାଉତ୍ସାହୀ, ଧର୍ମଜ୍ଞ ଓ ସାଧୁସ୍ୱଭାବ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହଯୋଗୀ କରି ଧର୍ମପୂର୍ବକ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରକୁ ପାଳନ କରୁଥିବା ରାଜା ବଳବାନ୍ ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ସନ୍ଧି ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
