सदैव याचमानेषु तथा दम्भान्वितेषु च । एतेषु दक्षिणा दत्ता दावाग्नाविव दुर्हुतम्‌

Transliteration

sadaiva yācamāneṣu tathā dambhānvitēṣu ca | eteṣu dakṣiṇā dattā dāvāgnāv iva durhutam ||

Translation

ଯେମାନେ ସଦା ଯାଚନା କରିଥାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଯେମାନେ ଦମ୍ଭରେ ଯୁକ୍ତ—ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ଦକ୍ଷିଣା ଦାବାଗ୍ନିରେ ଦୁର୍ହୁତି ପରି; ଫଳ ନ ଦେଇ ଗ୍ରସିତ ହୋଇଯାଏ।
