The verse underscores the idea of auspicious environments: a realm marked by harmony, abundance, and refined company (Yakshas and Kinnaras) reflects the fruits of dharmic order and well-governed, sanctified space.
Bhishma is describing a wondrous, idyllic region—rich with ever-flowering mango groves and inhabited by celestial beings—comparing it to a part of Indra’s Nandana garden to convey its extraordinary beauty.
