असिं धर्मस्य गोप्तारं ददौ सत्कृत्य विष्णवे | तदनन्तर भगवान् रुद्रने दानवोंके खूनसे रँगे हुए उस धर्मरक्षक खड्गको बड़े सत्कारके साथ भगवान् विष्णुके हाथमें दे दिया
Transliteration
asiṁ dharmasya goptāraṁ dadau satkṛtya viṣṇave | tad-anantaraṁ bhagavān rudro dānavānāṁ śoṇitena raṅgaṁ dharma-rakṣakaṁ khaḍgaṁ mahā-satkāreṇa bhagavato viṣṇoḥ haste samarpayām āsa ||
Translation
ଭଗବାନ ରୁଦ୍ର ବିଷ୍ଣୁଙ୍କୁ ଯଥାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ସତ୍କାର କରି ଧର୍ମର ରକ୍ଷକ ସେଇ ଖଡ୍ଗଟି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦାନ କଲେ। ତଦନନ୍ତରେ ଦାନବମାନଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତରେ ରଞ୍ଜିତ ସେଇ ଧର୍ମରକ୍ଷକ ଖଡ୍ଗକୁ ସେ ମହା ଆଦର ସହିତ ଭଗବାନ ବିଷ୍ଣୁଙ୍କ ହାତରେ ରଖିଦେଲେ।
