एकव्स्त्रा प्ररुदती मुक्तकेशी रजस्वला । शोणितेनाक्तवसना द्रौपदी वाक्यमब्रवीत्,द्रौपदीके शरीरपर एक ही वस्त्र था, उसके बाल खुले हुए थे, वह रजस्वला थी और उसके कपड़ोंमें रक्त (रज)-का दाग लगा हुआ था, उसने रोते हुए यह बात कही थी
ekavastrā prarudatī muktakeśī rajasvalā | śoṇitenāktavasanā draupadī vākyam abravīt |
ବିଦୁର କହିଲେ— ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ଏକମାତ୍ର ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପିନ୍ଧି, କାନ୍ଦୁଥିବା, କେଶ ଖୋଲା, ରଜସ୍ୱଳା ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ, ରକ୍ତଦାଗ ଲାଗିଥିବା ବସ୍ତ୍ର ସହିତ ସଭାମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହି କଥା କହିଥିଲା। ଏହା ଧର୍ମର ଭୟଙ୍କର ବିଡମ୍ବନା—ରାଜସଭାରେ ନାରୀ-ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦାର ଅପମାନ, ଏବଂ ସଭା ଅଧର୍ମର ସାକ୍ଷୀ ହେବା।
