युधिष्ठिरस्य द्यूते द्रव्यवर्णनम्
Yudhiṣṭhira’s Enumeration of Stakes in the Dice Match
युधिष्ठिर किसीके साथ छल नहीं करते, उनका धन तुम्हारे ही जैसा है। जो तुम्हारे मित्र हैं, वे उनके भी मित्र हैं और युधिष्ठिर तुमसे कभी द्वेष नहीं करते। भरतकुलतिलक! फिर तुम्हारे-जैसे पुरुषको उनसे द्वेष क्यों करना चाहिये? ।।
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | yudhiṣṭhiro na kasyacit saha chalaṃ karoti; tasya dhanaṃ tavaiva sadṛśam | ye tava mitrāṇi teṣām api mitrāṇi; yudhiṣṭhiraś ca tvayā kadācana na dveṣṭi | bharatakulatilaka! punaḥ tvādṛśaḥ puruṣas tasmād dveṣaṃ kathaṃ kuryāt || tulyābhijanavīryaś ca kathaṃ bhrātuḥ śriyaṃ nṛpa putra kāmayase mohāt | mā evaṃ bhūḥ; śāmya; mā śucaḥ ||
ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର କାହା ସହିତ ଛଳ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ; ତାଙ୍କର ଧନ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମର ଧନ ସମାନ। ଯେମାନେ ତୁମର ମିତ୍ର, ସେମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ମଧ୍ୟ ମିତ୍ର; ଏବଂ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର କେବେ ତୁମକୁ ଦ୍ୱେଷ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ହେ ଭରତକୁଳତିଲକ, ତେବେ ତୁମ ପରି ପୁରୁଷ କାହିଁକି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦ୍ୱେଷ କରିବ? ତୁମର ଓ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିରଙ୍କର କୁଳ ଓ ପରାକ୍ରମ ସମାନ; ପୁତ୍ର, ମୋହବଶେ ଭାଇଙ୍କ ଶ୍ରୀ-ସମୃଦ୍ଧି କାହିଁକି ଚାହୁଁଛ? ଏପରି ଅଧମ ହେଅନି; ଶାନ୍ତ ରୁହ, ଶୋକ କରନି।
