वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमादि तत: सर्वे सहितास्ते नराधिपा: । वासुदेववच: श्रुत्वा चेदिराज॑ व्यगर्हयन्‌,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णकी ये सब बातें सुनकर उन समस्त राजाओंने एक स्वरसे चेदिराज शिशुपालको धिक्कारा और उसकी निन्‍्दा की

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: evam-ādi tataḥ sarve sahitās te narādhipāḥ | vāsudeva-vacaḥ śrutvā cedīrājaṃ vyagarhayan ||

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ— “ଜନମେଜୟ! ତାପରେ ବାସୁଦେବଙ୍କ ବଚନ ଶୁଣି, ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ନରାଧିପ ଏକତ୍ର ହୋଇ ଏକସ୍ୱରରେ ଚେଦିରାଜ (ଶିଶୁପାଳ)ଙ୍କୁ ଗର୍ହା କରି ନିନ୍ଦା କଲେ।”
