Adhyāya 32: Rājasūya-Dīkṣā and Appointment of Court Offices
sa tena satkṛto rājñā satkārārho viśāmpate
Those who are worthy (arha) should be met with appropriate honor (satkāra). For a king, such recognition is part of rājadharma—maintaining propriety, rewarding merit, and setting an ethical example in public conduct.
Vaiśampāyana reports that a certain person was respectfully received and honored by the king, and that this honor was fitting because the person deserved it. The line functions as a brief narrative transition emphasizing proper reception at court.
