ध्रुवमेषु निमित्तेषु भूमिमाश्रित्य पार्थिवा:

Transliteration

dhruvameṣu nimitteṣu bhūmimāśritya pārthivāḥ

Translation

ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ— “ଏହି ନିମିତ୍ତଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଧ୍ରୁବ ଓ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଏ, ସେତେବେଳେ ରାଜାମାନେ ଭୂମିକୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ କରି—ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଯାହା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ତାହାରେ ଦୃଢ଼ ହୋଇ—ଦୃଢ଼ ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି।”
