समेघसमनिर्घोषो महान्‌ शब्दो5स्पृशद्‌ दिवम्‌ । पार्थिवप्रवरं सुप्तं युधिष्ठिरमबोधयत्‌,वाद्योंका वह मेघके समान गम्भीर एवं महान्‌ घोष आकाशतक फैल गया। उस ध्वनिने सोये हुए नृपश्रेष्ठ महाराज युधिष्ठिरको जगा दिया

sameghasamanirghoṣo mahān śabdo 'spṛśad divam | pārthivapravaraṃ suptaṃ yudhiṣṭhiram abodhayat ||

ବାଦ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କର ସେ ମେଘଗର୍ଜନା-ସଦୃଶ ଗମ୍ଭୀର ମହାନାଦ ଆକାଶ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟାପିଗଲା। ସେଇ ପ୍ରତିଧ୍ୱନିତ ଧ୍ୱନି ନିଦ୍ରାସ୍ଥ ନୃପଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିରଙ୍କୁ ଜଗାଇଦେଲା।
