क्वासाविति ततो राजन्‌ दुःशला वाक्यमत्रवीत्‌ । राजन! दुःशलाके ऐसा कहनेपर अर्जुनने उस बालकके पिताके विषयमें जिज्ञासा प्रकट करते हुए पूछा--“बहिन! सुरथ कहाँ है?' तब दुःशला बोली--

kvāsāv iti tato rājan duḥśalā vākyam abravīt |

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ—ତାପରେ, ହେ ରାଜନ, ଦୁଃଶଳା ଏହି କଥା କହିଲା। ଦୁଃଶଳା ଏପରି କହିବା ପରେ ଅର୍ଜୁନ ସେଇ ବାଳକର ପିତା ବିଷୟରେ ଜିଜ୍ଞାସା କରି ପଚାରିଲେ—“ଭଉଣୀ, ସୁରଥ କେଉଁଠି?” ତେବେ ଦୁଃଶଳା କହିଲା—
