राज्ञां हि विषये येषामवसीदन्ति साधव: । हीनास्ते स्वगुणै: सर्व: प्रेत्य चोन््मार्गगामिन:
rājñāṃ hi viṣaye yeṣām avasīdanti sādhavaḥ | hīnāste svaguṇaiḥ sarvaiḥ pretya conmārgagāminaḥ ||
ଯେ ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସାଧୁଜନ ଦୁଃଖରେ ପଡ଼ନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ନିଜ ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜୋଚିତ ଗୁଣରୁ ହୀନ ହୋଇଯାନ୍ତି; ଏବଂ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପରେ କୁପଥଗାମୀ ହୋଇ ନୀଚ ଗତିକୁ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରନ୍ତି।
