विधि परममास्थाय ब्रद्मर्षिविहितं शुभम्‌ । संहृष्टमनस: सर्वे देवलोक इवामरा:

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

vidhiṃ paramam āsthāya brahmarṣi-vihitaṃ śubham |

saṃhṛṣṭa-mānasaḥ sarve devaloka ivāmarāḥ ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ—ବ୍ରହ୍ମର୍ଷିମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ବିହିତ ସେଇ ପରମ ଶୁଭ ବିଧିକୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ କରି, କ୍ରୋଧ-ମାତ୍ସର୍ୟରହିତ ଓ ପାପଶୂନ୍ୟ ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ପୁରୁଷ ହର୍ଷିତ ମନେ ପରସ୍ପର ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ବକ ମିଳିଲେ। ସେଇ କ୍ଷଣରେ ସେମାନେ ଦେବଲୋକର ଅମର ଦେବତାମାନଙ୍କ ପରି ଆନନ୍ଦ ଓ ସୌହାର୍ଦ୍ୟରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦିଶୁଥିଲେ।
