Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Instruction on Rājadharma and Bala

इत्युक्ते विदुरेणाथ धृतराष्ट्रो5भिनन्द्य तान्‌ । मनश्षक्रे महादाने कार्तिक्यां जनमेजय

Transliteration

ity ukte vidureṇātha dhṛtarāṣṭro ’bhinandya tān | manaḥ cakre mahādāne kārtikyāṃ janamejaya ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ—ହେ ଜନମେଜୟ! ବିଦୁର ଏପରି କହିବା ପରେ ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ତାଙ୍କ ବଚନକୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ କରି, ପାଣ୍ଡବମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କଲେ ଏବଂ କାର୍ତ୍ତିକର ପବିତ୍ର ଦିନଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ମହାଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପ କଲେ।
