Puṣkara-Śapatha Itihāsa (Agastya–Indra Dispute at the Tīrthas) | पुष्कर-शपथ-आख्यानम्
भीष्म उवाच साधोर्य: प्रतिगृह्लीयात् तथैवासाधुतो द्विज: । गुणवत्यल्पदोष: स्यान्निर्गुणे तु निमज्जति
bhīṣma uvāca sādhoryaḥ pratigṛhṇīyāt tathaivāsādhuto dvijaḥ | guṇavaty alpadoṣaḥ syān nirguṇe tu nimajjati ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ରାଜନ! ଦ୍ୱିଜ ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣ ସାଧୁଠାରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁ, ଅସାଧୁଠାରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ କରୁ—ଗୁଣବାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାରେ ଦୋଷ ଅଳ୍ପ; କିନ୍ତୁ ନିର୍ଗୁଣଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁଥିବା ଲୋକ ପାପରେ ନିମଜ୍ଜିତ ହୁଏ।
