यज्ञ पशुपते: प्रीता वरुणस्य महात्मन: । स्वयम्भुवस्तु ता दृष्टवा रेत: समपतद्‌ भुवि

Transliteration

yajñe paśupateḥ prītā varuṇasya mahātmanaḥ | svayambhuvas tu tā dṛṣṭvā retaḥ samapatad bhuvi ||

Translation

ପଶୁପତିଙ୍କ ଯଜ୍ଞରେ ସେଇ ଦେବାଙ୍ଗନାମାନେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ ଥିଲେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖି ସ୍ୱୟଂଭୂ ବ୍ରହ୍ମାଙ୍କ ବୀର୍ୟ ଅନାୟାସେ ଭୂମିରେ ପତିତ ହେଲା।
