ततः प्रोवाच ब्रह्मा तं शक्रं बलनिषूदनम्‌ । अवज्ञातास्त्वया नित्यं गावो बलनिषूदन

Transliteration

tataḥ provāca brahmā taṃ śakraṃ balanīṣūdanam | avajñātās tvayā nityaṃ gāvo balanīṣūdana ||

Translation

ତାପରେ ବ୍ରହ୍ମା ବଲନିଷୂଦନ ଶକ୍ର (ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର)ଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ— “ବଲନିଷୂଦନ! ତୁମେ ସଦା ଗାଈମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରିଛ; ଏହି କାରଣରୁ ତୁମେ ତାଙ୍କର ମାହାତ୍ମ୍ୟକୁ ଯଥାର୍ଥ ଜାଣ ନାହଁ। ଦେବଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ! ଶୁଣ—ଗାଈମାନଙ୍କର ପରମ ପ୍ରଭାବ ଓ ପବିତ୍ର ମହିମା ମୁଁ କହୁଛି।”
