गावो लोकांस्तारयन्ति क्षरन्त्यो गावश्षान्नं संजनयन्ति लोके । यस्तं जानन्न गवां हार्दमेति स वै गन्ता निरयं पापचेता:

Transliteration

gāvo lokāṁs tārayanti kṣarantyo gāvaś cānnaṁ saṁjanayanti loke | yas taṁ jānann na gavāṁ hārdam eti sa vai gantā nirayaṁ pāpacetāḥ ||

Translation

ଗାଈମାନେ ଦୁଧ ଦେଇ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୁଖର କଷ୍ଟରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରନ୍ତି; ଏହି ଲୋକରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅନ୍ନ-ପୋଷଣ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରନ୍ତି। ଏହା ଜାଣି ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଯେ ଗାଈମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସୌହାର୍ଦ୍ୟ ରଖେ ନାହିଁ, ସେ ପାପଚେତା ନରକକୁ ଯାଏ।
