Daiva–Puruṣakāra Inquiry: Fate and Human Effort
अभ्युत्थानेन दैवस्य समारब्धेन कर्मणा । विधिना कर्मणा चैव स्वर्गमार्गमवाप्लुयात्,मनुष्य दैवके उत्थानसे आरम्भ किये हुए पुरुषार्थसे उत्तम विधि और शास्त्रोक्त सत्कर्मसे ही स्वर्गलोकका मार्ग पा सकता है
abhyutthānena daivasya samārabdhena karmaṇā | vidhinā karmaṇā caiva svargamārgam avāpnuyāt ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ଦୃଢ ସଙ୍କଳ୍ପରେ ଉଠି, ଦୈବବିଧିର ଅନୁକୂଳରେ କର୍ମ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି, ଏବଂ ବିଧି ଓ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରବିହିତ ସତ୍କର୍ମ କରିଲେ ମାତ୍ର ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗମାର୍ଗ ପାଏ।
