Daiva–Puruṣakāra Inquiry: Fate and Human Effort
पुरूरवाश्च राजर्षिद्विजैरभिहित: पुरा । ऐल इत्यभिविख्यात: स्वर्ग प्राप्तो महीपति:,इसी तरह पूर्वकालमें ऐल नामसे विख्यात राजर्षि पुरूरवा ब्राह्मणोंके आशीर्वाद देनेपर स्वर्गलोकको प्राप्त हुए थे
purūravāś ca rājarṣir dvijair abhihitaḥ purā | aila ity abhivikhyātaḥ svargaṃ prāpto mahīpatiḥ ||
ଏହିପରି ପୂର୍ବକାଳରେ ‘ଐଲ’ ନାମରେ ବିଖ୍ୟାତ ରାଜର୍ଷି ପୁରୂରବା, ଦ୍ୱିଜମାନଙ୍କ (ବ୍ରାହ୍ମଣମାନଙ୍କ) ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଓ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ପାଇ, ମହୀପତି ହୋଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗଲୋକ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କଲେ।
