गावो लक्ष्म्या: सदा मूलं गोषु पाप्मा न विद्यते । अन्नमेव सदा गावो देवानां परमं हवि:

Transliteration

gāvo lakṣmyāḥ sadā mūlaṃ goṣu pāpmā na vidyate | annam eva sadā gāvo devānāṃ paramaṃ haviḥ ||

Translation

ଚ୍ୟବନ କହିଲେ—ଗାଈମାନେ ସଦା ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀର ମୂଳ; ଗାଈମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପାପର ଲେଶମାତ୍ର ନାହିଁ। ଗାଈମାନେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ସଦା ଅନ୍ନ ଦେଇଥାନ୍ତି, ଏବଂ ଦେବତାମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପରମ ହବିଷ୍ୟ।
