Transliteration

kāśirājyaṃ tad adyaiva tvad-arthaṃ jīvitaṃ tathā | tyajeyaṃ bhava viśrabdhaḥ kapota na bhayaṃ tava ||

Translation

ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ— ହେ କପୋତ! ତୋର ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ଆଜିହିଁ ମୁଁ କାଶୀରାଜ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ, ନିଜ ପ୍ରାଣ ମଧ୍ୟ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଦେବି। ଭରସା କରି ନିର୍ଭୟ ରୁହ; ଏବେ ତୋର କୌଣସି ଭୟ ନାହିଁ।
