ब्राह्मणपूजा-राजधर्मः | Royal Duty of Honoring Learned Brahmins
तमुवाच महाभागो भरद्वाज: प्रतापवान् । न भेतव्यं न भेतव्यं सौदेव व्येतु ते भयम्,यह सुनकर प्रतापी महर्षि महाभाग भरद्वाजने कहा--'सुदेवनन्दन! तुम न डरो, न डरो। तुम्हारा भय दूर हो जाना चाहिये
tam uvāca mahābhāgo bharadvājaḥ pratāpavān | na bhetavyaṃ na bhetavyaṃ saudeva vyetu te bhayam ||
ଏହା ଶୁଣି ପ୍ରତାପଶାଳୀ ମହାଭାଗ ଋଷି ଭରଦ୍ୱାଜ କହିଲେ— “ସୁଦେବ-ନନ୍ଦନ! ଭୟ କରନି, ଭୟ କରନି; ତୋର ଭୟ ଦୂର ହେଉ।”
भीष्म उवाच
A dharmic elder should remove fear through truthful reassurance and compassionate guidance; steadiness of mind is restored by wise counsel—“Do not fear; let fear depart.”
Bhīṣma recounts that the powerful sage Bharadvāja addresses a person called Saudeva, calming him with repeated reassurance and a blessing that his fear should pass away.
