प्रतर्दनो दिवोदास: सुदास: कोसलेश्वर: । ऐलो नलश्न राजर्षिमिनुश्चैव प्रजापति:

Transliteration

pratardano divodāsaḥ sudāsaḥ kosaleśvaraḥ | ailo nalaś ca rājarṣir manuś caiva prajāpatiḥ ||

Translation

ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—“ଏବେ ଏହି ରାଜର୍ଷିମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଆଉ ଶୁଣ—ପ୍ରତର୍ଦନ, ଦିବୋଦାସ, କୋସଳାଧିପତି ସୁଦାସ, ଐଲ (ପୁରୂରବା), ରାଜର୍ଷି ନଳ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରଜାପତି ମନୁ। ଏମାନେ ଓ ପୁରାଣରେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ଅନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ ପୁଣ୍ୟାତ୍ମା ରାଜାମାନେ ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ। ଯେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ପ୍ରଭାତେ ଉଠି ସ୍ନାନଦ୍ୱାରା ଶୁଚି ହୋଇ ପ୍ରାତଃକାଳ ଓ ସାୟଂକାଳ ଏହି ନାମଗୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଠ କରେ, ସେ ଧର୍ମଫଳର ଭାଗୀ ହୁଏ।”
