महेन्द्रगुरव: सप्त प्राचीं वै दिशमाश्रिता: । प्रयत: कीर्तयेदेतान्‌ शक्रलोके महीयते

Transliteration

mahendraguravaḥ sapta prācīṃ vai diśam āśritāḥ | prayataḥ kīrtayed etān śakraloke mahīyate ||

Translation

ମହେନ୍ଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ଗୁରୁ ଭାବେ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ସାତ ମହର୍ଷି ପୂର୍ବ ଦିଗକୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ କରି ବସନ୍ତି। ଯେ ପୁରୁଷ ସଂଯମୀ ଓ ଶୁଦ୍ଧଚିତ୍ତ ହୋଇ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ କୀର୍ତ୍ତନ କରେ, ସେ ଶକ୍ରଲୋକରେ (ଇନ୍ଦ୍ରଲୋକରେ) ମର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦା ଲାଭ କରେ।
