दहामाने वने तस्मिन्‌ ससालसरलठद्रुमे । सचन्दनवरे रम्ये दिव्यौषधिविदीपिते

Transliteration

dahāmāne vane tasmin saśālasaralaṭhadrume | sacandanavare ramye divyauṣadhividīpite ||

Translation

ନାରଦ କହିଲେ—ଶାଳ, ସରଳ ଆଦି ବୃକ୍ଷରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଚନ୍ଦନବୃକ୍ଷରେ ଶୋଭିତ ଏବଂ ଦିବ୍ୟ ଔଷଧିର ଦୀପ୍ତିରେ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ୱଳ ସେଇ ରମଣୀୟ ବନରେ ଦାବାଗ୍ନି ଲାଗିଗଲା। ବନଟି ସବୁଦିଗରୁ ଜ୍ୱଳିଉଠିଲା।
