Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
यदि नाम जन्म भूयो भवति मदीयेै: पुनर्दोषै: । तस्मिंस्तस्मिउजन्मनि भवे भवेन्मे$क्षया भक्ति:
yadi nāma janma bhūyo bhavati madīyaiḥ punardoṣaiḥ | tasmiṃs tasmiñ janmani bhave bhave me 'kṣayā bhaktiḥ ||
ବାସୁଦେବ କହିଲେ—ମୋର ନିଜର ପୁନଃପୁନଃ ଦୋଷ ହେତୁ ଯଦି ମୋତେ ଏହି ଜଗତରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ଜନ୍ମ ନେବାକୁ ପଡ଼େ, ତେବେ ମୋର ଏହି ଇଚ୍ଛା—ସେ ସେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜନ୍ମରେ ଭଗବାନ ଶିବଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ଭକ୍ତି ଅକ୍ଷୟ ଓ ଅବିନାଶୀ ରହୁ।
