स च पिष्टरसस्तात न मे प्रीतिमुपावहत् । ततो5हमन्रुवं बाल्याज्जननीमात्मनस्तदा
sa ca piṣṭarasas tāta na me prītim upāvahat | tato 'ham anruvaṃ bālyāj jananīm ātmanaḥ tadā ||
ପ୍ରିୟ, ସେ ପିଷ୍ଟରସ-ସଦୃଶ ଆହାର ମୋତେ ସନ୍ତୋଷ ଦେଲା ନାହିଁ। ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ବାଳ୍ୟଭାବରୁ ତେବେ ନିଜ ଜନନୀଙ୍କୁ କହିଲି।
