गुरुणा चैव निर्बन्धो न कर्तव्य: कदाचन । अनुमान्य: प्रसाद्यश्न गुरु: क्रुद्धो युधिष्ठिर

Transliteration

guruṇā caiva nirbandho na kartavyaḥ kadācana | anumānyaḥ prasādyāśna guruḥ kruddho yudhiṣṭhira ||

Translation

ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ—ହେ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର, ଗୁରୁଙ୍କ ସହ କେବେ ହଠ କିମ୍ବା ବିବାଦ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ; ଗୁରୁ କ୍ରୁଦ୍ଧ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଯଥୋଚିତ ସମ୍ମାନ ଦେଇ, ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ କରି, ସମାଧାନର ଆଚରଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।
