भीष्म उवाच अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीममितिहासं पुरातनम्। नहुषस्य च संवादमगस्त्यस्य भूगोस्तथा
bhīṣma uvāca | atrāpy udāharantīmam itihāsaṃ purātanam | nahuṣasya ca saṃvādam agastyasya bhṛgoḥ tathā ||
ଭୀଷ୍ମ କହିଲେ— ହେ ରାଜନ୍! ଏହି ବିଷୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପଣ୍ଡିତମାନେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ ଇତିହାସର ଦୃଷ୍ଟାନ୍ତ ଦିଅନ୍ତି—ରାଜା ନହୁଷଙ୍କ ସଂବାଦ, ଏବଂ ଅଗସ୍ତ୍ୟ ଓ ଭୃଗୁଙ୍କ ସଂବାଦ ମଧ୍ୟ।
