कालान्तरवशाद्योगाद् दम्यते परमादरात् तथा परिचयात्स्वास्थ्यं समत्वं चाधिगच्छति
kālāntaravaśādyogād damyate paramādarāt tathā paricayātsvāsthyaṃ samatvaṃ cādhigacchati
କାଳକ୍ରମରେ ନିରନ୍ତର ଅଭ୍ୟାସ ଓ ପରମ ଆଦରରେ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଯୋଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ମନ ଦମିତ ହୁଏ। ସେହି ଶିଷ୍ଟାଚାରର ନିରନ୍ତର ପରିଚୟରେ ଅନ୍ତଃସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଓ ସମଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଲଭ୍ୟ ହୁଏ—ପତି ଶିବଙ୍କ କୃପାରେ ପଶୁଜୀବ ପାଶବନ୍ଧ ଶିଥିଲ କରିବାକୁ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ହୁଏ।
