तयोः समभवद्युद्धं सुघोरं रोमहर्षणम् दिव्यं वर्षसहस्रं तु दिवारात्रम् अविश्रमम्
tayoḥ samabhavadyuddhaṃ sughoraṃ romaharṣaṇam divyaṃ varṣasahasraṃ tu divārātram aviśramam
ସେଇ ଦୁଇଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଘୋର, ରୋମହର୍ଷକ ଦିବ୍ୟ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ହେଲା; ଦିବ୍ୟ ସହସ୍ର ବର୍ଷ ଦିନ-ରାତି ଅବିଶ୍ରାମ ଚାଲିଲା। ପୁରାଣଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଏହା ପାଶବନ୍ଧର କାଳପରିଣତି; ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ ପତି ଶିବଙ୍କ ପ୍ରସାଦରେ ମାତ୍ର।
